Asal build-tech uses Asal formwork technology for the construction of the buildings, the same technology which has been used to build multistoried buildings worldwide.
With this technology, we can build a home in 1/6 of the time of the conventional method.
The most economical, extremely strong, and durable construction method ever seen.
Almost 4 times stronger than conventional brick homes (compressive strength of brick is 7 mpa and of concrete is 30 mpa)
Smaller wall thickness can be opted hence more usable floor area and carpet area can be obtained. (for a 1000 sqft building additional area of 100 sqft(10 ft x 10 ft) can be obtained)
More fire resistance than the conventional brick building.
